ABOUT:

Wonderwalls delivers public art, mural festivals, events and creative placemaking and activations

across Australia. Verb Co operates as a creative consultancy and commercial management agency

producing bespoke cultural projects. Together, the two entities manage end-to-end creative

productions, large-scale public installations, and commercial artist collaborations.

Wonderwalls and Verb are seeking an organised, proactive, tech-curious Creative Admin Assistant.

First and foremost, this is an administrative and operations support role.

The role serves as the organisational backbone across both businesses, keeping projects organised,

communications running smoothly, and day-to-day accounts up to date.

Additionally, we are keen on digital tools and have integrated some basic AI support and

automations in our workflow (don’t worry, not for anything creative, just the boring stuff) so you

should be open to this and keen on working out ways to make our work more effective.

  • Assist studio with inbox organisation, screening incoming general inquiries, and drafting

correspondence.

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings with artists, clients, and suppliers.

  • Maintain clean, organised digital filing structures across Google Drive.

  • Assist in onboarding artists and contractors: sending agreements, collecting signed

contracts, and archiving insurance documentation (Certificates of Currency).

  • Assist with generating and sending client invoices and tracking accounts receivable.

(No formal accounting qualification is required; the focus is on accuracy, consistency, and comfort with numbers.)

3. Brand Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist in building and updating visual pitch decks, capability statements and presentations,

and artist portfolios using Adobe, Affinity, Canva & Google Slides. This is text only, you’re not

    required to be a designer.

  • Schedule social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn) and draft clear, engaging captions.

  • Maintain the digital archive, tagging and organising high-resolution photos, drone footage,

and artist credits from completed mural installations.

4. Workflow Automation & AI Adoption

  • Actively experiment with and adopt AI tools to assist with drafting, transcribing meeting notes, research, and preparing summaries.

  • Identify routine, repetitive administrative bottlenecks and assist in creating simple automations with digital support.

Curiosity & Tech-Openness:

Comfortable learning new software quickly, with an open, enthusiastic mindset toward
